Returns and Refunds

We seek nothing less than a fully satisfied alpha. We want our lions full, fed, and happy. Please contact us immediately if that is not the case. (email)

Return Period
Every Alpha must draw a line in the sand. We gladly accept all returns for a full credit, exchange, or refund up to 30 days after your purchase. Later than that will be at the discretion of the King of the jungle who is fierce, loyal, respectful, and understanding but, unpredictable.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return transport of the product you purchased (unless we dropped the ball). We recommend returning the product to us in an unconventional way. For example, returns via motor cycle, hang glider, surf board, Hummer, Armored car, raven, navy seal, a bartender with a beer, and a beautiful bad ass Lioness are all acceptable and preferred over USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. Our Return address is subject to change as the CIA, FBI, and Democrats are trying to make Alphas extinct. Don’t worry, we will get you our location once it is safe and secure.

Refunds
After receiving your return, we will either issue you store credit, an expedited replacement item with complimentary shipping, or a full refund to your credit card within 3 business days. If you receive a refund your purchase will not be eligible for any rewards that were earned.
